How do I pay?

You can make payment by bank transfer by leaving your bidder number and date of sale as a reference.

Or if you prefer to speak to a human, you can call our office team on

01909 490 652 and pay via debit card.


Can I arrange a viewing?

Yes, all our auctions are highly recommended to view.

All you need to do is email [email protected] or call 01909 490 652.

Please make sure you list the auction date, title, lot numbers and the day and time you are wanting to view and we can book you in!


What are your office opening hours?

Our office phones are open from 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

Excluding bank holidays

We also close for the Christmas and New Year period


Are there additional charges that I need to be aware of?

Yes, you have to pay the VAT on the hammer.

Can I collect if I don’t want it delivered?

Yes of course!

Our collection times are Monday to Friday between 8am and 2pm. Once you have won and paid for the invoice you will then receive instructions on how to book a collection or arrange a delivery.


Want to change your delivery address?

Prior to making the payment for delivery, you will need to contact our team via [email protected] or call 01909 490 652.

We will then confirm via phone or email that we have actioned the above for you then you can go ahead and make the payment.


Combing multiple invoices?

Prior to paying for the delivery, please advise which invoices you want to be combined by replying to this email or calling our team on 01909 490 652.

Please make sure all the invoices are paid that you want combining and its within the 5 working day deadline from the auction end dates.
